 Little known about Banff National Park

 Banff National Park was established in Canadian Rockies in 1885 and started its activities.  It is the oldest national park in Canada.  Banff National Park is located km (68-110 miles) west of Calgary in the province of Alberta.  It covers an area of ​​6,641 square kilometers (2,564 square miles).


 Peyto Lake, which is a glacial-fed lake, is located in the Waputik mountain range, which has a height of 1,800 meters in the Rocky Mountains geographic area.  With the effect of the glacial area, the rocks and glacial water melts that mix with the lake give the lake a turquoise color.
