King Rock Tombs


Limestone rocks, tombs built in the Hellenistic period are among Turkey's history.  It belongs to the Pontus Kings, who ruled from 333 BC to 26 BC.  There are roads and stairs in this historical place built in Amasya, Hatuniye Mahallesi.  Although it is known that there are 21 tombs in the sources, a few have survived to the present day.  It is believed that there is a tunnel under the graves believed to have passages inside.  This is a grave structure especially for those who love touristic places.
