Saint Petersburg, the second largest city of the Russian Federation after Moscow, has been the capital of the Russian tsarist for 200 years, the city of this history, formerly Leningrad.  Spread over 42 islets on the Neva River on the shores of the Baltic sea, Saint Petersburg is literally a port city, located 715 kilometers from Moscow.  The city, which was established by Tsar Büyük Petro (1st Petro) to be the gate of Tsarism to be opened to Europe,
