Çatalhöyük


Located in the historical places of Konya, Çatalhöyük bears the traces of the first life in the world.  In this place where all traces of humanity are recorded, important excavations are made.  Çatalhöyük, discovered in 1958, consists of 13 floors.  The floors that show that the city life has started are on the 7th and 11th floors.  Mostly adobe style house types were found.  The entrance to these houses is through a single entrance, through a hole opened from the roof.
