Canals of Venice (Venice, Italy)



Located in the northeast of Italy, Venice is full of surprises for adventurous travelers.  Although it is a small city, it is extremely concentrated.  Monuments, churches and museums in every corner are part of the history that the city offers to its visitors.  Venice, located on 118 islands, is a city of canals.  This city, which takes its name from the word Veneti (people), is among the most popular tourism spots with its canals, gondolas, bridges and squares.  In the city, which is the center of art and trade in history, there are many things to do and many places to see for travelers of many different styles.
