Northern Lights (Northern Norway-Scandinavia)

You don't have to cross the deserts, go on an adventure in Africa or get lost in the rain forests to witness one of the most mysterious natural events in the world.

Northern Lights, which you can watch twice a year from certain places of Scandinavian countries, attracts tourists from many different countries of the world.

This optical miracle, named after Aurora, the Goddess of Dawn and whose scientific name is Aurora Borealis, is a natural glow in the sky as a result of the interaction of the earth's magnetic field and charged particles coming from the sun.

The Northern Lights appear every year between March and April, and then (and more gloriously) between September and October.
