Shwedagon Pagoda (Yangon, Burma)

Shwedagon Pagoda is a gold-clad Buddhist pagoda located in Myanmar, the capital of Yangon's main focus.

Shwedagon Pagoda, a 2500-year-old mausoleum, has sacred elements of Buddhism, like Buddha's hair.  The sacred stupa of Buddhism, which is located at the top of the 99-meter pagoda, is completely gold plated and has 4531 jewels on it.  The largest of these jewels is a 72-carat diamond.

Serving in areas such as meditation and worship, the pagoda also hosts mass demonstrations.  Pagoda, which can be seen from all over the city, is undoubtedly one of the most valuable works of world history.

There are 4 tunnels descending to the foundation of Shwedagon Pagoda, and nobody knows what happened in these tunnels.  According to some legends, there are swords that never stop and constantly spin in the tunnels.  These swords are to prevent intruders entering the Pagoda.  According to some rumors, the tunnels extend to Bagan and Thailand.
